French Post Office delivery time

The delivery time depends on the destination from Metropolitan France:
– 48h are 2 working days: to Metropolitan France and Monaco
– 3 to 5 working days: to Belgium, UK, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands
– 7 to 10 days (indicative time): to United States and Canada
– 10 to 20 days (indicative time): to international destinations, for more information, please consult the international time calculator.

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, we send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number of the package. The delivery is made by the French Post Office. You can track any parcel by following the link below:

In the rare occurrence that you have received a faulty or damaged product, or received something in error, please notify us at [email protected] within 48h with clean and high resolution photos attached of the item/s and a full description. We will examine carefully the photos and we will sent you further instructions.

If we have sent a product in error or it is faulty, we will refund the postage and packaging charges you have paid to receive and return that product, unless it was sent to you with other products which you are not returning.

The articles must be intact, complete and packed in the original packaging and returned within 7 days from the delivery.

Faulty/incorrect/damaged Returns received without prior authorization and confirmation from us and passed the 7 days from the delivery, will not be refunded.

Any reservations made upon delivery must be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within three days of delivery, under penalty of forfeiture (article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code). No complaint will be admitted beyond a period of 8 days after reception of the goods.

Although we appreciate the art of other illustrators, for the moment, Alysa Graphique is the only main artist in this creative adventure. The artist launched “Editions des fées” after multiple requests from merchants who have been interested in reselling her art and products. You order directly from the artist. The stock of the cards and bookmarks is permanent and ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days.

If a certain article is out of stock, you can always send a message indicating your interest in the particular design (item name + reference number) and we will pre-order the stock for you as soon as possible. From time to time, some designs or articles are discontinued and replaced with new ones. Pre-orders are placed within 15 to 20 business days. The artist works closely with the printing partners!
